These Terms of Service govern your use of RankGrid, developed and sold by Miron Briley ("we", "us"). By purchasing and using RankGrid, you agree to these terms.
When you purchase RankGrid, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable lifetime license to install and use the software on up to two (2) machines. The license is tied to a single individual or business entity.
Your license includes all future updates to RankGrid. We reserve the right to change features, add new functionality, or deprecate features over time. Major version changes that require significant infrastructure changes may require a separate upgrade purchase, but we will provide reasonable notice.
Your license allows activation on up to 2 machines. To use RankGrid on a new machine, you must deactivate on one of your existing machines first. Deactivation is available in the Settings panel of the app.
Due to the nature of digital software, all sales are final. If RankGrid fails to function as described and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, we will issue a refund at our discretion. Contact [email protected] within 7 days of purchase if you have issues.
RankGrid integrates with third-party services including Anthropic Claude API and Lemon Squeezy. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for changes to those services that affect RankGrid's functionality.
RankGrid is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or that scan results will be 100% accurate at all times. Google Maps rankings can change rapidly and results reflect data at the time of each scan.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for RankGrid. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of RankGrid after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
