The operator behind RankGrid
I build local-SEO sites that put real estate investors and contractors in front of the people already searching for them. I run RankGrid out of Richardson, TX — and I do the work myself.
Miron Briley has spent 20+ years operating service businesses and investing in real estate — the same two worlds RankGrid now serves. I didn't come to local SEO from marketing. I came to it from running the kind of businesses that live or die on the phone ringing.
I started solo in the late '90s with a mobile car detailing business — booking the jobs, chasing the invoices, and washing the cars myself. From there I managed an express car wash in Springfield, MO, then moved up to area manager over five locations across Tulsa and Dallas: hiring, firing, P&Ls, equipment, inventory, the whole operation. I've been the owner staring at a slow week wondering where the next customer comes from. That's not a hypothetical to me.
Then I moved into real estate and scaled fast — 120 transactions in 2024 and 75 rental doors and counting. Buying houses taught me exactly how a motivated seller thinks and searches when they need to move a property. That's the seller RankGrid is built to put in front of you.
RankGrid exists because most local businesses are invisible two neighborhoods over from their own front door. I watched it happen in my own businesses and in the deals I was doing — you rank for your name and nothing else, while the calls go to whoever shows up first on the map.
Investors and contractors have the same core problem: the people who need them are searching right now, and they're landing on someone else's site. Cold calling, direct mail, and paid ads all work until you stop paying for them. A site that actually ranks keeps working while you're out running the business. So I built the thing I wish I'd had — a local lead site built to rank, tracked on a real geo-grid, backed by a page-one guarantee.
When you hire RankGrid, I build your site and run your SEO myself. You're not getting handed to an account manager who read a script. I scope the market, build the pages, wire the schema, and watch the grid move month over month. When something's wrong, you talk to the person who built it.
That's the whole model: one operator who's been on your side of the table, doing the work and owning the outcome. It starts with a free SEO audit so you can see exactly where you stand before you spend a dime.
Two minutes for an instant SEO audit of your site — the gaps keeping you invisible, and what they cost you. Then we can talk.
